Shipping Policy and refund policy 

 

 

All orders will be processed and sent  the next working day.

 

 

Delivery is by 2nd class signed postage at a cost of £5.00 insured up to £150.00

 

Delivery is with Royal Mail,  

Tracking will be sent as soon as item is posted. 

 

Please allow 7 working days for  product to be delivered before raising any concerns. 

 

Products that can not be returned for hygiene reasons are beauty products  unless returned unopened and in same packaging with all tags and seals in place.

 

 

Term And conditions

If less than 24 hours notice is recieved to cancel appointment then a cancellation fee will be charged.  Appontments missed will be subject to full treatment being charged

Deposit

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure appointment, especially at busy times eg Christmas time.

Any complaints about treatment need to be addressed and sent in writing to salon within 24hours 

​

Gift Vouchers need to be presented at start of treatment,    gift vouchers are available for products and treatments and are non refundable.  

Skin Deep accepts no liability for lost gift vouchers

Please note all gift vouchers have a 3 month expiry date from date of purchase. 

Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase further gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

Please treat gift voucher as cash, it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Appointments

Please arrive in time for appointment if late then time will be deducted from treatment.

Courses

All courses require a non refundable deposit, in the event of cancellation by either parties, client or Skin Deep then a small percentage will be kept for the time taken up with email, and registering you for the theory work with Beauty Guild as percentage of course goes to Guild which is non refundable.

Payments

If refunding for course or treatment  and you have paid by paypal then paypal fees will not be refunded,  as Skin Deep will of already paid the fee.
